Bonn, as the birthplace of Beethoven, has even more to offer besides lively culture. Although many members of parliament, representatives of the federal states and most diplomats are based in Berlin, numerous ministries - six with their headquarters - are located in Bonn and shape the cityscape. In your free time, you can go for a walk in the beautiful Rheinauenpark, take advantage of the extensive pedestrian zone in the city center for a stroll or dance the night away in one of the numerous clubs.
