General collection of data

When you access our website or retrieve a file, data about this process is stored in a log file on our web server. In detail, the following data may be stored:

IP address (if possible, this is stored anonymously).
Domain name of the website you came from
Names of the files retrieved
Date and time of a retrieval
Name of your internet service provider
As well as the operating system and browser version of your terminal device, if applicable.
We only store IP addresses for data security reasons in order to ensure the stability and security of our system (legal basis Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO). We reserve the right to statistically evaluate anonymised data records.

How do we use your personal data, how do we pass it on?

If the website offers the possibility to enter personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses), the disclosure of this data by the user is expressly voluntary. Enquiries submitted via a contact form on our website are transmitted from the website to the recipient as an e-mail. The e-mail is transmitted in transport-encrypted form. As there is no end-to-end encryption, you should not transmit sensitive or highly confidential data to us via this route.

We use the personal data you provide exclusively for the purpose of the technical administration of the websites and to fulfil your wishes and requirements, i.e. generally to process the contract concluded with you or to answer your enquiry. The legal basis for the processing is accordingly

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO (your consent)
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO (fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures)
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO (our legitimate interest).
Your personal data will not be passed on or otherwise transferred to third parties unless this is necessary for the purpose of processing the contract or for legal reasons or you have expressly consented to this. We will not sell your data under any circumstances.

Consent given can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.

How long will your data be stored?

In principle, we store all the information you provide us with within the legal framework and only until the respective purpose for which the data was collected has been fulfilled. E.g. in the case of enquiries until this enquiry has been dealt with, in the case of newsletters until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. If longer storage is necessary or provided for by law, the data is stored within this framework, after which it is automatically deleted.

What do we do for the security of processing?

Our company takes all necessary technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from loss and misuse. For example, your data is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public. In certain cases, your personal data is encrypted during transmission using so-called Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). This means that communication between your computer and our company's servers takes place using a recognised encryption method if your browser supports SSL.

Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a data record that is created when a website is visited and is temporarily stored on the website user's system. This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries that you send to us as site operator. The content of e-mails can be viewed by third parties. We therefore recommend that you only send us sensitive or highly confidential information by post.

The transmitted data are in particular: Your IP address, the time at which you clicked on the link, the page on which you clicked on the link, information about your Internet browser. If you do not want this data to be transmitted to the link destination, do not click on the link.

Security notice
We protect our website and other IT systems against loss, destruction, unauthorised access, unauthorised alteration or unauthorised disclosure of your data by means of appropriate technical and organisational measures. However, despite all due care, complete protection against all dangers is not possible in every case. Because we cannot guarantee complete data security when communicating by e-mail, we recommend sending confidential information by post.

Changes to this data protection notice
We reserve the right to change this data protection notice if the legal situation or this online offer or the type of data collection changes. However, this only applies to statements on data processing.
