Your course content

What you will learn

In our Bachelor's program B. Sc. Computer Science, you will learn how to work with internet, cloud, and mobile technologies. You implement, configure and modify application and multimedia systems and acquire knowledge about developing and introducing user-related digital products and services.

You will deepen your knowledge of the central principles, methods, and techniques of essential programming paradigms and the associated programming and markup languages and learn how to conceptualize, realize, and evaluate software solutions for applications and systems.

Our teaching concept is skill- and project-based, which is why you will also learn about agile methods and strengthen your communication and teamwork skills in projects and your internship.

Our Bachelor's program in Computer Science was developed with the SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences, which emerged in 2019 from the three traditional universities Design Akademie Berlin, SRH Hochschule der populären Künste (hdpk) and SRH Hochschule Berlin (with Campus Dresden). Our requirements

For an application you need:

  • General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife). In case you have not graduated yet, please apply with your existing transcripts or your latest interim certificate. However, we need your final degree certificate before you can start your studies.

  • 750 € / month (Total: 27.500 €)

Nationality | Non-EU/EEA

  • 5100 € / semester (Total: 184.500 €)

The tuition fee (per month/per semester) remains the same throughout the entire study period. A one-time registration fee of 500 € (EU/EEA) / 900 € (non-EU/EEA) is charged at the beginning of the study program, which has to be paid with the first monthly or semester fee.

Application process and deadlines

We look forward to welcoming you to the SRH University of Health. This is how our application process looks like:

  1. You apply online via the SRH application portal.
  2. If you meet the admission requirements, we will invite you to a selection interview.
  3. If the interview is successful, we will send you the acceptance letter and the study contract.
  4. You sign the study contract and send it back to us.
  5. You pay the application fee (all students) and possibly a deposit of 3000 € (non-EU/EEA students only).
  6. We issue your admission letter
  7. You take part in our introduction week and then you can start!
