About me

Mr. Niewrzol, studied psychology at the University of Witten/Herdecke

and already showed great interdisciplinary interest in other disciplines such as medicine, neuroscience and economics during his Bachelor's degree.

During his studies, he completed various training and further education courses in the areas of professional coaching, mediation, emergency psychology, crisis intervention, resilience promotion and stress management, as well as in emergency services and disaster management.

Parallel to his bachelor's degree, he worked in the emergency services and was involved in aid organisations, the fire brigade and was head of a student initiative to optimise and expand e-learning opportunities and the training of e-tutors at the University of Witten/Herdecke.

One of his hobbies was the topic of effective learning, dealing with stress and teaching and learning with social media.

Alongside his master's degree in psychology at the University of Witten/Herdecke, Mr Niewrzol volunteered as a member of a special task force for the psychosocial support of firefighters, worked as a consultant, trainer and speaker and took up a master's degree in economics.

Since 2022, he has been working as a research assistant in the research project on psychosocial emergency care in companies at SRH.

In addition to his work at our university, he continues to work as a consultant, lecturer, trainer and certified coach, and is involved in education and PSNV, among other things.
