What you will learn
With our Master's program in Personnel Psychology & Human Resource Management, you will discover a futured-oriented approach to shaping human resource management in companies. To this end, you will take a closer look at the sub-areas of psychology relevant to human resources management, as well as related business management disciplines. The focus is on the experience and behavior of employees in the context of personnel issues, as well as the successful management of tasks such as aptitude diagnostics and personnel selection, personnel and management development, personnel planning or leadership and motivation.
With your unique interdisciplinary approach, you can plan, implement and subsequently evaluate personnel-related processes on an individual, group-related, organizational, and cross-organizational level in a scientifically sound manner. We enable you to apply scientific principles such as empirical research and qualitative data collection and analysis in a practice-oriented manner.

For admission to the Master's program in Personnel Psychology & Human Resource Management (M. A.), we require the following evidence from you:
- Proof of German language level B2 (for international applicants)
- Bachelor of Arts or equivalent degree (min. 180 ECTS) and one year of practical and professional experience
or
- Completed vocational training in a related field, at least 2 years of work experience and a pass in the qualifying examination.
If you have the necessary entrance requirements, we are already looking forward to your application, which should then include the following documents:
- A curriculum vitae in tabular form with a current passport photo
- A copy of your identity card (front and back), for foreign students the National Identity Card
- The completed application form (only for postal applications)
- A copy of your first academic degree
- Proof of your professional qualification and professional activity
- In the selection process, we consider the following criteria in equal measure: academic performance, practical experience and previous professional career, further education and training, and the personal admission interview.
